The Founder is a double board certified pediatric and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving children, adolescents, and adults. We believe in fostering the development of emotional well-being, empowering patients to thrive and helping them to navigate the complexities of mental health with expertise and understanding. Meet Kelly Bhuva
MSN, RN, CPNP-PC, PMHNP-C
As a dual board certified Pediatric and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over 15 years of experience in the field. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University, a Master's degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from New York University, and an additional graduate degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Johns Hopkins University.

I started my career at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore compassionately caring for children with hematologic, oncologic and bone marrow transplant conditions Additionally, I have experience working as a practitioner within the NYC public school health system where I treated various mental health conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and other various complex medical condition. I founded Psychiatric Medicine and Wellness to provide nurturing, holistic care, supporting patients through their mental health journeys and helping families navigate challenges with empathy and understanding.
